The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round fight which will be broadcast live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua said he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two time world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge disparity - at Miami's venue on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather attacked former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at British opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
Still, the novice is still one of the sport's biggest financial successes, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently being planned for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Physical Disparity
As both boxers participated in the traditional stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really happening.
